On the longest night of the year, the world grows quiet enough for us to hear what we often miss. The Solstice calls us to slow down and sit with what cannot be rushed. Join us for an evening shaped by astrology, sound healing, and a mindful tea sitting. We begin with a seasonal black tea sit—a gentle anchor for our journey inward. The tea keeps us wakeful and present as we descend, reminding us that stillness has no fixed destination. We are simply arriving at a pivot point in our own experience, a place where we can shift and soften. Together, we’ll explore the unseen world, the space between thoughts, and the symbolic language of emptiness. In this shared quiet, we notice what has been forming beneath the surface and give care to what grows only in the dark. We will gently land our journey with a special Closing Sound Meditation with Elana Kaufman and Melissa officinalis, featuring live instruments such as guitar, shruti box, koshi chimes, hand pan, harmonium, shakers, rain stick, gong, singing bowls, and vocals, including call and response mantra, and guided meditation. Please feel welcome to bring a blanket to sit or lay on for this experience. This night is a pause. A return. A moment to integrate what has been.
